0/4Fruit preparation
Rinse the strawberries. Hull them and dice half into 5mm cubes. Leave the other half whole for blending.
10 minMaking the liquid base
In a container, mix the mineral water, lime juice, and agave syrup. Stir until the liquid is homogeneous and translucent.
5 minBlending and assembly
Blend the whole strawberries with the liquid base and the pinch of salt until smooth. Fold in the diced strawberries by hand to maintain texture.
5 minMolding and freezing
Pour the mixture into the molds, leaving 1cm of space at the top. Insert the sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours. The pops should be hard to the touch.

Chef's tips
- •Do not fill the molds to the very top, the liquid expands as it freezes.
- •For clean removal, run the outside of the mold under lukewarm water for 5 seconds.
Storage
Store in the freezer for up to 1 month in an airtight container to prevent odors.
