  1. Fruit preparation

    Rinse the strawberries. Hull them and dice half into 5mm cubes. Leave the other half whole for blending.

  2. Making the liquid base

    In a container, mix the mineral water, lime juice, and agave syrup. Stir until the liquid is homogeneous and translucent.

  3. Blending and assembly

    Blend the whole strawberries with the liquid base and the pinch of salt until smooth. Fold in the diced strawberries by hand to maintain texture.

  4. Molding and freezing

    Pour the mixture into the molds, leaving 1cm of space at the top. Insert the sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours. The pops should be hard to the touch.

Chef's tips

  • Do not fill the molds to the very top, the liquid expands as it freezes.
  • For clean removal, run the outside of the mold under lukewarm water for 5 seconds.

Storage

Store in the freezer for up to 1 month in an airtight container to prevent odors.
