Instructions

0/3
  1. Base preparation

Break the chocolate bars into squares. Place a chocolate square on half of the crackers. Keep them near the heat source so the chocolate begins to soften.

    2 min
  2. Toast the marshmallow

Skewer a marshmallow. Hold it over the flame or grill. The marshmallow should puff up, turn golden brown, and become gooey inside without completely burning.

    2 min
  3. Final assembly

Place the hot marshmallow onto the chocolate. Cover with a second cracker and press firmly. The heat from the marshmallow should finish melting the chocolate until it slightly oozes out the sides.

    1 min

Chef's tips

  • Don't put the marshmallow directly in the flame; use radiant heat to cook it through to the center.
  • If you don't have a fire, put them under the oven broiler for 30 seconds, but watch closely as it happens fast.

Storage

Eat immediately. The cracker softens very quickly once in contact with the hot marshmallow.
